| Putting Civility Back Into Litigation |
If you have a personal injury claim, there is an alternative to waiting two years to get to trial, having a long drawn out trial, and waiting even longer while the case is appealed. The alternative is called Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and consists of either mediation (settlement conferences with a third party facilitating the process) or binding arbitration (a mini quick trial) before an arbitrator who resolves the matter. |
